摘要
介绍1×19填塑压实涂塑钢丝绳的试制。在1×19普通涂塑钢丝绳生产工艺基础上,采用如下工艺:(1)股表面涂塑时,1×7股涂塑后外径与涂塑前股径的比值为1.05;(2)合绳捻制时,捻距倍数约为钢丝绳直径的8.0倍,合绳后通过滚压后处理,内层填充塑料压实,其压缩率约3.2%;(3)在钢丝绳外表面涂塑前,对其预热。此工艺生产的1×19填塑压实涂塑钢丝绳,有效改善了钢丝与塑料间黏附力,破断拉力增加到8.0—8.5kN,0.5h密封测试未出现渗水。试验结果表明:生产出的产品达到填塑压实、高密封性能的效果。
To introduce trial production of 1×19 compacted plastic-coated wire rope. On the basis of 1 ×19 common plastic-coated wire rope production process, process measures are adopted as following: ( 1 ) in strand surface plastic-coated, the ratio of 1 × 7 strand after plastic-coated outer diameter to strand diameter before plastic-coated is 1.05. ( 2 ) in wire rope twisting, that lay length multiple being about 8.0 times of wire rope diameter is adopted, to do rolling post treatment after wire rope twisting, inner layer filled plastic to be compacted, the compression ratio is about 3.2%. (3) it is preheated before wire rope outer surface being plastic-coated. The 1 ×19 compacted plastic-coated wire rope produced by the process improves the adhesion force effectively between steel wire and plastic. Breaking force increased to 8.0 × 8.5 kN, there is no water leakage in 0.5 hour sealing test. Experiment results show that the products reach the effect of filling plastic and compacted, high sealing properties.
