摘要
针对焊丝夏季表面易生锈的问题,从焊丝生锈原理和焊丝生产工艺入手,利用系统分析法和比较分析法对焊丝出现和未出现锈点的生产线和生产情况进行对比分析,找出焊丝夏季易生锈的主要因素:焊丝生产环境中的温度、湿度和酸雾。给出解决焊丝生锈的原则:(1)尽可能降低镀铜之后的生产环境温度;(2)阻止或减少环境湿度和酸雾对镀铜之后(尤其是镀铜抛光之后)的焊丝的侵蚀,从而避免或减轻焊丝被腐蚀。采取相应改进措施后,基本消除了焊丝夏季易生锈的问题。
Focus on welding wire surface getting rusty easily in summer, and start from welding wire rusting principle and welding wire production technology to analyze those rusty spots that happened or not happened on the production line with production situation by using system analysis and comparative analysis method, and find out the main reason of welding wire getting rusty in summer: temperature, humidity and acid mist in welding wire production circumstance. To give the principles of solving welding wire' s rust problem: ( 1 ) to decrease production circumstance temperature after copper plating as much as possible ; (2) to prevent or reduce circumstance humidity and acid mist' s erosion on welding wire of copper plating (esp. after copper-plating polishing), then prevent or reduce erosion of welding wire. After using improvement measures, problem of copper-plating welding wire getting rusty in summer has almost been solved.
