摘要
介绍直进式拉丝机的工作特点及过程,说明其运行中速度调节的原理。该控制系统由西门子公司的触摸屏TP170A,S7-300 PLC,汇川变频器MD320及位移传感器等组成。触摸屏、PLC及变频器之间采用PROFIBUS通讯方式,减少了接线,增加了控制的灵活性。分析系统运行时主给定速度与辅助调节速度的量值关系,提出了辅助调节的速度幅值跟随主速度同比例变化的控制方式,解决了系统运行中稳定性与快速性的矛盾。给出系统控制框图、辅助速度调节示意图和变频器相关设定参数,并对不同运行速度时变频器速度环PI调节参数的线性切换进行论述,对设备运行中存在的通讯中断问题给出解决方案。实际运行表明,该系统操作方便,运行可靠。
To introduce working characteristic and process of straight line wire drawing machine, to explain the principle of speed adjustment in running. The control system is composed of touch screen TP170A, S7 -300 PLC of SIEMENS company, Huichuan frequency converter MD320 and displacement transducer. The PROFIBUS communication is adopted among touch screen, PLC and frequency converter, which reduces wire connection and increases control flexibility. The value relations between main given speed and auxiliary adjusting speed is analyzed while system is running, the control mode of auxiliary adjusting speed changing proportion with main speed is put forth, the contradiction between stability and rapidity in system running is solved. The system control diagram, auxiliary speed adjusting sketch and frequency converter parameters setting is given out. The linear switched of frequency converter speed loop PI adjusting parameters in different running speed is expounded, the solution in communication blackout existed in process of device running is given. It shows that the system operates conveniently and running reliability
