摘要
介绍16/360水箱拉丝机电机功率的计算和选择。由进料钢丝Φ3.2 mm、成品钢丝Φ1.2 mm,计算出拉丝机总压缩率、平均部分压缩率、部分压缩率和各道次钢丝的直径;根据进料钢丝抗拉强度1 150 MPa和各道次钢丝的直径,计算出各道次钢丝抗拉强度、拉拔力;由最大拉拔速度6.0 m/s,依据钢丝体积秒流量相等原则以及经验公式计算出电机总消耗功率为54.988 kW。实际生产中应结合电机容量标准选取适当大于计算的电机功率,最终选择电机功率为75 kW。
To introduce the calculation and selection of 16/360 wet wire drawing machine. The total compressibility, average part compressibility, part compressibility and each pass steel wire diameter are calculated from incoming steel wire diameter 3.2 ram, finished steel wire diameter 1.2 ram. Each pass steel wire tensile strength, drawing force are calculated from incoming steel wire tensile strength 1 150 MPa and each pass steel wire diameter. Motor total consumed power 54. 988 kW is calculated from maximum drawing speed 6.0 m/s, according to second equal flow principle and empirical formula. Combining with motor capacity standard in actual production, motor power larger than the calculated properly is selected and finally choose motor power is 75 kW.
