摘要
介绍ER50—6焊接用热轧盘条研制过程:合理控制盘条化学成分;冶炼过程控制出钢温度1620—1650℃;连铸时控制过热度15~35℃,正常拉速2.2~2.6m/min;轧制时控制加热温度990~1050℃;控冷时控制吐丝温度820~850℃,辊道入口速度7m/min,以及0.45℃/s的冷却速度。生产的笳.5mmER50—6盘条不经退火处理可直接拉拔成D1.0mm的焊丝半成品,成品焊丝焊接性能良好,飞溅少,焊缝平整美观,质量稳定可靠,满足用户要求。
To introduce the development process of ER 50 - 6 welding hot rolled wire rod : to reasonably control wire rod' s chemical composition ; to control tapping temperature at 1 620 -1 050 ℃ during steel smelting, degree of superheat 15 - 35 ℃ during continuous casting, normal drawing speed at 2.2 - 2.6 m/min ; to control heating temperature at 990 - 1 050℃ during rolling; to control wire rod laying temperature at 820 - 850℃, roller bed entrance speed at 7m/min, and cooling rate at 0.45 ℃/s. Diameter 5.5 mm ER 50 - 6 wire rod without annealing can be directly drawn to diameter 1.0 mm welding wire semi-finished product. Finished welding wires work well with few spatter, and weld joint is smooth and quality is stable and reliable, which meet user's reuuirement.
