摘要
采用盐雾试验检测的院Ф0.90mm1Cr18Ni9不锈钢丝耐腐蚀性能结果和客户加工成弹簧后的检测结果相差很大。为了找到与客户试验结果相匹配的试验方法,采用线性极化法测量阻抗值来检测不锈钢丝耐腐蚀性能。采用三电极体系,试样为工作电极,Pt为辅助电极,饱和甘汞电极(SCE)作为参比电极,饱和甘汞电极的扫描区间为-10~10mV,扫描速率为0.166mV/s,对试样进行线性极化曲线测试。经过比对分析:用线性极化法测量阻抗值的测量结果稳定,检测结果和客户的抽检结果一致。
There is a big difference between results of diameter 0.90 mm 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel wire corrosion resistance inspected by salt spray test and the inspection result of spring produced by customer. Stainless steel wire' s corrosion resistance property is tested by adopting linear polarization method to measure impedance value in order to find a matching test method with customer test result. Three electrode, system is adopted, specimen is working electrode, Pt is auxiliary elec- trode saturated calomel electrode is reference electrode. The scanning interval is - 10 - 10 mV, scanning speed is 0. 166 mV/s, the specimen is tested by adopting linear polarization curve. After contrastive analysis, the test result by adopting linear polarization method to measure impedance value is stable, the test method is the same as customer's random inspection.
