摘要
新莞人是东莞社会的重要组成部分,是幸福东莞的稳定器。新莞人人力资本多寡在很大程度上决定其经济收入水平和精神文明水平,影响其幸福感。从教育、培训、人才流动三方面分析了新莞人人力资本现状,并提出了进行人力资本投资提高新莞人幸福感的措施。
New Dongguanese are the most important component in Dongguan and the stabilizer for happy Dongguan. The amount of their human capital to a large extent depends on the level of income and spiritual civilization that affect their well-being. This paper analyzes the status of the New Dongguanese from the aspects of human capital, education and training, and flow of talents, and proposes some measures for investment in human capital to increase the well-being of New Dongguanese.
