基于SMPT-1000实验平台的锅炉控制实验设计 被引量:17

摘要 针对传统的过程控制实验系统存在的一些的缺点,设计了高级多功能过程控制实训系统——SMPT-1000实验平台。针对该平台中的工业锅炉对象,按照工业锅炉过程的操作规程,制定燃烧系统、汽包水位系统、蒸汽温度等相关系统的控制策略,利用SIMATIC PCS 7 BOX完整地实施整个控制方案,并对控制结果做出详细的分析。可以看出,所设计的锅炉整体控制方案有较好的实用性和较强的鲁棒性。 There exist some weaknesses in the traditional process control experiment systems,therefore,the super multifunction process control training system—SMPT-1000 experiment platform is emerged.Based on the industrial boiler of SMPT-1000 platform,according to the operating procedures of industrial boiler,the complete control strategy which includes combustion system,drum water level system,stem temperature and other systems is proposed,then SIMATIC PCS 7 BOX is used to implement this control strategy.Finally the detailed analyses of control results prove the practicability and robustness of the control scheme proposed here.
