摘要
蒸发式冷却器因其明显的高效、节能优势,在制冷及其他工业领域中得到了广泛的应用。由于蒸发式冷却器的换热过程涉及质扩散和气液两相流,其性能涉及的相关因素较多,所以针对一套完整的蒸发式冷却器进行性能测试,以分析这些因素对蒸发式冷却器能的影响。实验结果表明,降低管内冷却水流量,增加风量和喷淋水量均可提高蒸发式冷却器的冷却效率。对于结构参数及工艺参数一定的蒸发式冷却器,影响其性能最大的因素为风量,其次为环境湿球温度,再次为喷淋水量。
Due to its advantage of high-efficiency and energy-savings,evaporative cooler has been widely used in refrigeration and other industrial areas.The heat transfer process includes mass diffusion and gas-liquid two-phase flow,many factors will influence the cooling performance.A comprehensive performance test of evaporative cooler has been done to analyze the influence of these factors.Experimental results show that increasing the flow rate of air and sprayed water can improve the efficiency of cooling.For the evaporative cooler with fixed structure,the main influence factors are air flowrate,followed by wet-bulb temperature and flow rate of sprayed water.
