摘要 本文分析国家对工程人才培养的标准和要求,考虑企业对服装人才的需求,体现"突出基础,加强实践,注重创新,持续发展,提倡科技,重视生态,多样优化,国际视野"的学生培养指导思想,结合学校以工科为背景,以纺织服装为特色,及为纺织服装行业培养高级应用型专门人才进行定位,对服装专业的应用型工程师培养模式进行分析和研究,提出"3+1四模块"服装人才培养体系,完成课程体系、实践教学体系、企业培养方案构建,为全面提高服装人才的工程化培养提供了可行的实施办法。 The paper fully analyzes the national standards and requirements of engineering talents cultivation, considers the demand for enterprise fashion design talents, reflects the cultivating students' spirits of "emphasizing foundation, strengthening practice, stressing innovation and continuous development, advocating technology, paying attention to ecological and diverse optimization, internationalizing vision". Biding engineering school background, guiding features of textile and clothing, positioning senior specialized talents of garment specialty, the application engineer training modes are analyzed and studied. The "three plus one, four modules" is put forward on fashion design talents cultivation system. We also try to complete the course system, put the teaching system into practice, and construct the enterprise training scheme provide a feasible implementation measures for the overall improvement of cultivation for clothing talents.
