Relationship between Vocational Guidance and Employment for Vocational Students

随着高等教育的大众化,高职高专学生就业形势十分严峻。其问题的存在是就业职业指导工作与实际需要存在差距,对职业指导教育的认识存在误区。提高高职高专就业指导水平,应建立一支高素质的、稳定的职业指导专业队伍,全面建设高职高专职业指导体系,组织有效的职业培训形式等。

At present,the employment situation is very serious for vocational students which represents the gap between the vocational guidance and practical needs.There still exists misunderstanding of vocational guidance education.We must take appropriate measures to improve the level of vocational guidance and establish a professional team of high quality and stability on vocational guidance in vocational schools so as to carry out the work of guidance and training of career related issues.
