浅谈如何培养高职学生的职业意识

On the Cultivation of Professional Awareness of Higher Vocational College Students

随着高职院校的的数量逐年增加,高职院校的毕业生就业问题也相应成为一大社会难题。目前,"毕业即失业"的说法在各大高校流行,如果这个问题没有得到良好解决,那么在社会的稳定、教育的发展等方面都将造成极大的影响。因此,培养学生的职业意识迫在眉睫。本文研究总结了几种方法,以此来培养提高学生的职业意识。

With the increasing number of higher vocational college by years,the employment of their graduates accordingly became a major social problem.Currently,the so-called ＂graduation means unemployment＂ is popular in most colleges and universities.If the problem is not well resolved,a great impact will be caused in the aspect of the social stability,the development of education and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate the professional awareness of vocational college students.This paper studies and summarizes several methods,in order to improve their professional awareness training.
