摘要
分析快速城市化进程下城市消防规划面临的新问题,如区块失衡、基础设施滞后、空间发展模式转变、相关法律规范缺失等。结合相关领域的发展前景,提出火灾风险评估、消防站布局优化、运用新技术、消防规划的可持续以及将提高全民消防意识规范化的新策略。
New problems of urban fire plan under the rapid urbanization,such as imbalance of blocks,lagging of infrastructure,conversion of spatial developing mode,and missing of related law and standards were analyzed.Combining the prospects of related area,suggestions such as fire risk assessment,optimization of fire station layout,utilizing new technology,sustainability of fire plan,and standardization of people fire awareness were put forwards.
