摘要
分别从客观和主观方面分析重特大火灾频发的根本原因。并提出强化政府职能作用、加强宣传教育、落实消防责任制、加强消防监督等对策措施。
Main causes of serious fire were analyzed both objectively and subjectively.Countermeasures such as strengthen the government functions,reinforce the publicity and education,implement the responsibility system for fire,and strengthen the fire supervision were put forward.
