摘要 目的优化O/W复方苯甲酸乳膏处方并考察乳膏质量。方法采用反射线单纯形法进行处方优化,考察乳膏稳定性及伸展性。结果最佳处方:苯甲酸120 g、水杨酸60 g、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)1 g、亚硫酸氢钠1 g、十二烷基硫酸钠15 g、十六醇40 g、白凡士林45 g、液体石蜡40 g、甘油200 g、硬脂酸100 g、单硬脂酸甘油酯50 g、纯化水加至1 000 g,制备的复方苯甲酸乳膏质量稳定,伸展直径约55 cm。结论此O/W复方苯甲酸乳膏制备工艺简单,工艺过程对操作者损害小,适用于医院制剂配置和临床使用。 Aim To prepare compound Benzoic acid cream whose quality was controlled.Methods The formula of compound Benzoic acid cream was optimized by reflect-line simplex method.The cream's quality was studied on spreadability and stability.Results The best formula:Benzoic acid 120 g,Salicylic acid 60 g,Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid 1 g,Sodium bisulfite 1 g,Sodium lauryl sulfate 15 g,Cetyl alcohol 40 g,White vaselin 45 g,Liquid paraffin 40 g,Glycerol 200 g,Stearic acid 100 g,Glyceryl monostearate 50 g,Purified water added to 1 000 g.The compound benzoic acid cream's quality was stable,the spreadability diameter was about 55 cm.Conclusions This preparation technology is simple,without damage to operators.This cream is suitable for hospital preparation and clinical use.
