肝豆状核变性患者血清肝酶谱的分析

Analysis of serum liver enzyme in patients with hepato-lenticular degeneration(HLD)

目的了解肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者血清肝酶谱的变化。方法应用全自动生化分析仪检测477例患者和60例正常对照组血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、5’-核苷酸酶(5’-NT)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)和胆碱酯酶(CHE)的水平。结果 HLD患者血清中各项指标的水平分别与正常对照组相比ALT(P<0.01)、AST(P<0.01)、GGT(P<0.01)、TBA(P<0.01)、TBIL(P<0.01)、DBIL(P<0.01)和ADA(P<0.05)水平显著高于正常对照组,CHE水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),5'-NT与正常对照组相比无差异(P>0.05)。结论肝酶谱检测对HLD患者肝脏功能损害的早发现具有重要意义。

Aim To investigate the changes of levels of serum liver enzyme in patients with hepato-lenticular degeneration（HLD）.Methods Serum ALT,AST,GGT,ADA,5＇-NT,TBA,TBIL,DBIL and CHE levels were measured by HITACHI 7020 automatic analyzer in 477 patients with HLD and 60 controls.Results The patients with HLD,the serum levels of ALT,AST,GGT,TBA,TBIL,DBIL,ADA and CHE were significantly different from those in controls.Conclusion Combined determination of serum liver enzyme in patients of HLD is of clinical usefulness.
