摘要
本文提出了一种全金属结构的铜空心阴极激光器,它具有耐高温烘烤、结构稳固的优点,大大改进了放电稳定性.该激光器已获得了Cu II740.4和780.8nm两条激光振荡线.通过研究铜空心阴极激光器阈值特性、气体混合比和放电温度对激光输出功率的影响,给出了一些新的结果.
In this paper, a copper hollow cathode laser with all metal construction is presented. The laser has advantages of high resistance to high temperature roast and stable structure. Discharge stability is greatly improved. Two laser oscillations of Cu II 740.4nm and 780.8nm are obtained. Some new results are given through investigation on threshold feature of the laser, effect of gas mixture ratio and discharge temperature on the laser output power etc.
