Analysis report on adverse reactions of essential drugs in Ma'anshan in 2010

目的通过对2010年马鞍山市基本药物临床使用中出现的不良反应报告进行系统的分析,为确保基本药物安全使用提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性的研究方法,对马鞍山市2010年1～12月份收集的675例基本药物的ADR报告进行分类、汇总及分析。结果引起不良反应的品种主要是抗菌药物,老年人是不良反应的高发群体,注射剂、粉针所占比例最高。结论提示临床应用中应进一步加强基本药物重点监测及高发群体不良反应的监控,确保公众用药安全。

Aim To analyze adverse reactions of essential drugs in the year 2010 in Ma’anshan,so as to provide reference for safe medication use.Methods 675 cases of ADR were classified,summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Results Antibiotics caused adverse reactions mainly,injection and sterile powder for injection accounting for the highest proportion.The elderly is the high incidence gronp of adverse reactions.Conclusion Adverse drug reactions monitoring should be further strengthened especially on the high incidence of adverse reactions groups,to ensure the safe use of drugs.
