新形势下青海省农牧区改革发展的态势分析

SOWT Analyze of the Reform in Agricultural and Pastoral Areas in Qinghai Province

积极推进农牧区改革发展,是全面建设小康社会和实现现代化的重大战略任务。本文围绕总体目标任务,应用态势分析方法,对新形势下青海省农牧区改革发展的内部条件和外部环境进行分析,提出了促进青海农牧区改革发展的策略。

Actively promoting the reform and development in agrieuhural and pastoral areas under the new situation is a major strategic task on the way of building a moderately prosperous society and achieving modernization. Basing on the overall objectives and tasks, the internal conditions and external environment in the agricultural and pastoral areas reforming in Qinghai Province are analyzed by SWOT method, and strategies choice to achieve the goal is made.
