摘要
台风灾害是全球性问题,伴随我国经济发展水平的不断提高,台风灾害对我国沿海地区的综合危害程度日益凸显,广东省所受影响尤其显著。本文通过分析"莫拉克"台风对台湾的综合影响及台湾采取的各项应急措施,并剖析其中利弊,尝试寻求适合广东省防御台风灾害的经验借鉴。
Typhoon disaster is a global issue. With China＇s economic development level continuously improving, the comprehensive impact of typhoon disaster on the coastal areas has become increasingly prominent, particularly in Guangdong Province. By analyzing the impact of the typhoon Morakot in Taiwan and the emergency measures taken by Taiwan Government, this paper tries to seek experience in preventing the disasters caused by typhoon for Guangdong Province.
