摘要
MBA起源于欧美国家,其发展的国际化因素日益决定着MBA项目的竞争力。MBA国际认证是管理教育质量的标志,它象征着一家商学院在国际舞台上的地位,是吸引MBA学生的利器,同时,它也有助商学院提高教学质量。目前,中国大学商学院的国际化认证工作正慢慢形成潮流,但是,由于各方面条件的约束,步子缓慢。本文首先介绍中国MBA教育国际化发展存在的问题,然后分析国际上最流行的MBA认证体系。针对这些体系的特点和要求,以广东外语外贸大学MBA项目为例,研究后起的MBA项目如何以国际认证原则为指南,根据国际规范提高MBA教育质量,走国际化的发展道路。
Internationalization is becoming more and more critical for competitiveness of all types of MBA programs. Such competitiveness can be illustrated by a relevant international MBA accreditation which will be a good demonstration and facilitator of the quality of the program. Various MBA programs in China are currently engaging in such international MBA accreditations; however, the processes are hindered due to some constraints. This paper firstly discusses the most serious issues facing MBA education in China and then analyses the most prevailing accreditation systems. Based upon the features of these systems, the author finally focuses on the MBA program in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, exploring the possibilities of accession to the accreditation so as to enhance its process of internationalization.
