高职“食品分析”课程渗透素质教育的思考

Reflection on Integrating the Quality Education into the Course of Food Analysis in Higher Vocational Education

《食品分析》是高职高专工业分析与检验专业的一门主干课程。在项目化教学活动中,通过融入营养教育、安全教育、生态文明教育及诚信教育来全方位培养食品分析高素质人才,给出了在项目设计、实施时渗透素质教育的途径。

＂Food Analysis＂ is a main course of industrial analyzing and testing.By infiltrating the nutrition education,safety cduca- tlon,ecologlcal civilization education and credit education into the project, the high ability students of food analysis were overall cultured. Based on the project-priented curriculum reformation of food analysis course, the ways of quality education were given in this paper during the course of the project design and implementation.
