摘要
对当前组织内绩效管理的误区给予了深入剖析,最后提出组织实施绩效管理时应系统思考,实现五个方面的"转变",从而最终使组织的绩效管理迈向成功,推动组织绩效的不断提升。
This paper analyzed the misunderstanding of performance management in organization thoroughly,finally proposes the organization should make use of systems thinking and improve in five aspects when implementing performance management,thus finally promote the performance of organization.
