产业转移促进区域产业升级的理论述评——基于供给的视角

The Review on Industrial Transfer's Upgrading Regional Industry Structure: Based on Supplying Factor Analysis

关于产业转移促进区域产业转移问题的研究主要集中于产品供给和要素供给两个方面,主要涉及产品更新、产品创新、劳动力流动、资本汇聚、技术外溢和政策创新等推动的产业转移对区域产业升级的内在机理分析。虽然学术界对这些问题的研究日益深入,但无论是国外还是国内的相关理论研究,都存在着许多不足,比如国外理论和国内实证缺少耦合,对如何将产业转移理论与国内区域产业升级的实践相结合研究不够;现有研究更多地注重了产业转移促进区域产业升级的经济因素,而对制度创新、行为决策、社会网络、社会文化、决策主体偏好等非经济因素的理论分析明显不足;研究对象上侧重于考察技术或知识密集型产业,而对劳动力密集型产业的研究相对较少。

In the respect of all over the world,industrial transfer has becoming an important way to improve those countries which have lagged advantages to optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure.By means of industrial transfer,developed countries or areas can push continually industrial structure to become higher and newer pattern,meanwhile underdeveloped countries or areas can push quickly industry to realize non-resource-depending and high-additional-value＇s developing path.Aim to this condition,a lager different study on industrial transfer＇s upgrading regional industry structure have been accomplished by domestic and foreign academician and all kinds of theories are increasingly formed.Based on the supplying factors analysis,this paper is aimed providing some academic evidence to accelerate pushing our country＇s industrial transfer and upgrading industrial structure and to realize our country＇s regional developing harmoniously,by means of reviewing on industrial transfer＇s upgrading regional industrial structure.
