摘要
教育创造的本质是人的创造,而人是艺术和诗意的存在,人不可以对象化,也不可以客观化,因而人的创造也不同于知识创造和技艺的创造,人的创造只能是诗性的、艺术的创造,只有审美性的创造才是教育创造的最高境界。这种最高境界的教育创造最终要依托于教师的审美创造力,从这一理解出发,教师创造力的培养,关键不是培养教师的知识创造力和技艺创造力,而是培养教师的审美创造力,培养教师体验生命、抚爱心灵的感受力和理解力。因为,只有这种能够陶冶生命的审美性创造力才是实现教育创造的最高本质。
The subject of educational creativity is human,because human aesthetically and poetically exists,without objectification and objectivity.Therefore,human's creativity is different from the creativity of knowledge and skill.It is aesthetic and poetic.Only aesthetic creativity is the highest creativity of education,which mainly depends on teachers' aesthetic creativity.The key of cultivating teachers' creativity is not to train their creativity on knowledge and skill,but on aesthetics and life experience,and sensibility and understanding of mind.Only aesthetic creativity with life experience can realize educational creativity.
