师范生顶岗支教教育教学反思探析

Reflections on Normal University Interns' Teaching Practice in Role-Exchanged Teaching Project(RETP)

反思是一种非常有益的思维活动,对教师的成长尤为重要。师范生在实习过程中的反思可以为他们未来的职业生涯奠定良好的基础。近几年顶岗支教实习生对他们的教育教学活动都做了程度不等、内容不尽相同的反思,但由于经验的不足和缺乏有效的指导,他们的反思还存在诸多问题,同时也给我们带来不少有益的启示。如何做好师范生的职前教育工作,值得我们作进一步深入的探讨。

Reflection is a useful thinking activity,and attaches great importance to the growth of would-be teachers.The interns＇ reflections in RETP have laid a good foundation for their future career.In recent years,the interns have reflected on their teaching activities and teaching contents to various degrees.Because of the lack of experience and effective guidance,their reflections still have many setbacks,by which we accumulate some useful experiences simultaneously.Hence,how students from normal universities effectively do the pre-service education work is worth our further discussion.
