摘要
本文通过对入境游客的调查访问,结合国内已有的游客满意度评价方法和导游服务以及旅行社业务的特点,提出一种适用于从事入境旅游业务的旅行社的游客满意度评价方法以及操作方法。
This paper,based on the questionnaires conducted by the inbound tourists,and combined with the existing evaluation methods of the tourist satisfaction index,the service of the tourist guides and the business features of the travel agency,puts forward an evaluation method as well as its working method which is applicable to evaluate the tourist satisfaction index to those travel agencies engaged in inbound tourism.
