摘要
介绍了在Pro/E软件中建立了辅助变压器三维实体模型的方法,应用有限元方法对柜体在两种工况下的受力及振动情况进行了分析计算,从理论上得到了柜体结构应力分布状态和振动频率情况,确定了辅助变压器柜应力最大、易磨损和破损区域,为进一步的结构优化提供依据,也为其他同类产品的设计提供了参考。
Method of 3D Auxiliary Transformer Cubicle solid model is introduced in the Pro/ENGINEER,The force and Vibration situation of Cubicle are analyzed with Finite element method in two of operating condition,the state of Vibration frequency and stress distribution are obtained theoretically,and the parts which are easy to wear and damage on Auxiliary Transformer Cubicle are identified,it provides a basis for structural optimization,and can be referenced in the design of other products of the same type.
