摘要
采用简单的水热法,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为软模板,制备了ZnSe空心球。研究了原料、温度、pH值对其形成的影响。用X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和高分辨透射电子显微镜等手段对其进行了表征,发现用这种方法制备的空心球产量非常大,比较纯净,外壳由很多小颗粒组成,表面比较粗糙。最后对其形成机理进行了讨论。
With CTAB as the soft template,ZnSe hollow spheres were successfully synthesized via simple hydrothermal method.The influence of the raw material,the temperature and the pH value on the synthesis of the ZnSe hollow spheres was researched.The composition of the as-prepared sample was examined by X-ray powder diffraction,which shows that the products are pure ZnSe.The morphology and microstructure were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy associated with selected-area electron diffraction.The SEM images indicate that the ZnSe hollow spheres with mass production can be synthesized by using the method.The TEM images demonstrate that the spheres are hollow.The formation mechanism was also discussed.
