抽水蓄能机组故障诊断与状态维修系统开发 被引量:1

摘要 针对抽水蓄能机组的特点,开发了抽水蓄能机组的故障诊断与状态维修系统。介绍了信号监测点的布置位置及振动、温度、电气量信号的检测方法。将抽水蓄能机组按照组件层次划分为转子、定子、机架结构、推力轴承、过流部件5个模块,分别建立对应的故障诊断与状态维修Petri网模型,有效地减少了关联矩阵的维数、提高了故障诊断和状态维修的实时性。给出了抽水蓄能机组故障诊断与状态维修系统的结构,并对其中的人机界面模块、数据库管理模块、故障检测模块、故障诊断模块和状态维修模块进行了介绍。开发了回龙抽水蓄能机组故障诊断与状态维修系统软件。 According to the characteristics of the pumped-storage unit,the fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance system of pumped-storage unit was developed in this paper.Firstly the arrangement of the monitoring signals and the signal detection methods of vibration,temperature and electric parameters were introduced.Then the pumped-storage unit was divided into rotor,stator,frame structure,thrust bearing and flow component.The fault diagnosis and maintenance Petri nets model of every model was established.The matrix dimension is reduced and the rate of fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance is improved effectively.Finally the structure of pumped-storage unit fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance system was presented.The man-machine interface module,database management module,fault detection module,fault diagnosis module and condition-based maintenance module were described.And the software of pumped-storage unit fault diagnosis and condition-based maintenance system is developed.
