摘要
为了提高餐饮业的服务效率,降低成本,提出了以ZigBee技术实现无线点菜的思想。通过在餐馆包厢走廊安装ZigBee路由节点,给点餐服务员配备无线点餐PDA,以及在控制中心安装ZigBee协调器的方法组建无线点餐系统网络。利用Time协议实现系统网络时间校正。并设计了系统各部分硬件及相关软件。最后,对系统的应用效果进行了分析比较。系统实现了低功耗的要求,同时节省了点餐时间、减少了服务人员、节约了成本,提高了餐饮业的运作效率。
In order to improve the service efficiency and reduce the cost of restaurant,the idea of ZigBee wireless order system for dishes is put forward.The wireless sensor networks is established through the way that ZigBee routing nodes is installed in the corridors of restaurant.A wireless ordering PDA is provided for waiter and a coordination is installed in the control center.The time of network is corrected by time protocol.The hardware and software of the system is designed.Finally,the application effects of the system are analyzed and compared.The system realizes the goals of low consumption.The ordering time and waiter are saved at the same time.The cost is reduced and the efficiency of restaurant management is improved.
