摘要 依据水力透平转轮的给定参数,运用CAD-CFD理论对水力透平转轮进行水力模型设计与模拟分析.采用CAD技术设计并修正叶片形状;用CFD技术,基于RANS方程,采用标准k-ε湍流模型,对转轮内部三维流动进行数值模拟,分析其内部三维流动机理,预测水力透平转轮的性能.依据模拟结果和分析其流态、流场分布情况,验证转轮设计的合理性,通过优化相关几何参数,得到具有良好水力性能的模型转轮. For a given parameters of hydraulic turbine runner,by using CAD-CFD theory hydraulic model design and simulation analysis were conducted for the runner.Using CAD technology,the blade shape was designed and modified.Using CFD technology and based on Reynolds equations with standard k-ε turbulence model,the internal three-dimensional flow in runner passage was numerically simulated.Its internal three-dimensional flow mechanism was analyzed,also.Finally,the performance of hydraulic turbine runner was predicted.According to the simulation result and analysis of its flow pattern and flow field distributions,checking the rationality of the runner design,by optimizing relevant geometric parameters, a model runner with good hydraulic performance could be obtained.
