摘要
熟练掌握临床基本技能是一名合格住院医师应具备的专业素质和职业能力，医院连续3年开展住院医师临床技能竞赛，提高了住院医师的临床实践能力。在此总结相关经验与不足，以指导今后的工作。
To grasp clinical basic skills skillfully is the professional quality and ability that a qualified resident should have. Our hospital has carried out clinical skill contest for residents in the past three years continuously, improved the clinical practice ability of residents and summed up the experience and shortage to instruct our future work.
