留学生在基层医院实习的问题与对策

Internship problems and countermeasures of foreign students in basic-level hospital

近几年，基层医院与高等医学院校的“教学协作”关系逐渐增多，越来越多的基层医院成为高等医学院校的教学医院。部分招收留学生的高校大胆尝试将留学生下派到基层医院进行实习，在此结合基层医院接收留学生实习的经验，客观分析了留学生实习时存在的问题与不足，提出了解决问题的具体建议。

In recent years many basic-level hospitals formed ＂teaching cooperation relationship＂ with the medical universities and colleges. And more and more basic-level hospitals successfully become affiliated hospitals indirectly under medical colleges. Some medical universities and colleges make bold attempt to put foreign students in the affiliated hospitals indirectly under medical colleges. This essay analyzes the problems and deficiencies of foreign students＇ practice in such hospitals in combination with receiving foreign students practice experience, puts forward concrete proposals to solve the problem and gives some suggestions.
