摘要
通过分析企业信息化的现状及信息系统难管理的原因,提出了在及时响应客户需求、处理优先级、降低服务成本、形成可积累并可复用的经验方面的应对策略,从而改造和提升原有信息系统的能力,提升企业信息系统的效率,使企业信息服务的质量不断提升。
By analyzing the current status ot mlormat^zatlon and tlae reason way the management mtormauon system is difficult to set up, we come up with a coping strategy on how to response to customer demand timely, deal with priority level , take lower costs and accumulate accumulated and reusable experience so that we can transform and upgrade the exis- ting system of information, improve on the efficiency of enterprises information system, and make the quality of corporate messaging services become better and better.
