摘要
目的探讨背景音乐在结肠镜检查中的作用。方法选择北京友谊医院消化内镜中心2010年4～8月由同一位内镜医师进行结肠镜检查的196例患者,分为流行音乐组65例、古典音乐组63例和对照组68例,分别记录其进镜时间和痛苦评分。结果流行音乐组和古典音乐组的进镜时间、痛苦评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而流行音乐组的进镜时间、痛苦评分均稍低于古典音乐组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 结肠镜检查过程中应用背景音乐可以缩短进镜时间,降低患者的痛苦程度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of background music on colonoscopy examination.Methods A total of 196 patients were examined by colonoscopy with the same endoscopists in Beijing Friendship Hospital from April 2010 to August 2010.They were randomly divided into 3 groups： 65 patients in popular music group,63 patients in classical music group,and 68 patients in control group.The scope-forward time and the pain score of them were recorded respectively.Results The scope-forward time and the pain scores in popular music group and classical music group were significantly lower than those in control group（P0.05）.The scope-forward time and the pain scores were slightly lower in popular music group than that in classical music group,but there is no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Background music is helpful for shortening the scope-forward time and reducing the patients＇ pain during colonoscopy.
