解整合素-金属蛋白酶12在预测早孕结局中的价值探讨

The predictive value of ADAM12 to the early pregnancy results

目的通过测定早孕不同孕周血清解整合素-金属蛋白酶12(ADAM12)值及变化趋势,探讨其预测早孕妊娠结局的价值。方法对我院就诊的早孕期妇女(孕5～13周)420例,其中正常妊娠186例,稽留流产152例,异位妊娠82例,留取其血清,利用ELISA法检测血清ADAM12值。结果正常妊娠血清ADAM12值随孕周呈线性稳定增长,而稽留流产组、异位妊娠组及晚孕双胎、前置胎盘、FGR、染色体异常者ADAM12值明显低于正常妊娠组,有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论 ADAM12在早孕正常妊娠中数值稳定,而在异常妊娠中数值低,可用于预测早孕妊娠结局。

Objective To determine the digital quantity and variation tendency of a disintegrin and metalloprotease 12（ADAM12）in different gestational age of early pregnancy,and discuss the value of ADAM12 inpredicting pregnancy outcomes.Methods The ELISA was used to study the value of ADAM12 in the serum from 420 early pregnancy cases（from the 5th to 13th week of pregnancy）in our hospital.There were 186 cases of normal pregnancy,152 cases of missed abortion and 82 cases of ectopic pregnancy.Results Of the normal pregnancies,the values of ADAM12 were linearly steady increase with gestational age.While the values of ADAM12 in the missed abortion group,ectopic pregnancy group,cases of late pregnant twins,placenta previa,fetal growth restriction and chromosomal abnormalities were significantly lower than the normal pregnancy group.There was statistically significant difference between the groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The numeral value of ADAM12 is stable in the first trimester of normal pregnancy,while it is much more lower in abnormal pregnancy.ADAM12 can be used to predict the outcomes of early pregnancy.
