偏瘫型偏头痛15例临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 偏瘫型偏头痛为特殊类型偏头痛,临床较为少见,可分为家族性偏瘫型偏头痛及非家族性偏瘫型偏头痛。家族性多呈常染色体显性遗传,散发型可表现为典型、普通型与偏瘫型偏头痛交替发作。其临床特征各不相同,前者诊断并不困难,后者常可导致误诊。我院2003年8月~2011年4月共收治偏瘫型偏头痛15例,现报道如下。
