真性红细胞增多症合并溶血1例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 真性红细胞增多症是由于多能造血干细胞克隆异常,导致红细胞异常增殖为主的慢性骨髓增殖性肿瘤。临床表现为多血质、高血压、脾脏肿大、血栓形成及出血倾向。早期不易发现,以溶血为初发症状的较为罕见,现报告我院近期收治的1例真性红细胞增多症合并溶血患者的临床资料,并复习相关资料予以讨论。
