镇江市物流产业发展战略定位思考

On Strategic Orientation of Zhenjiang′s Logistics Industry

根据镇江市物流产业发展的环境和现状,对镇江市物流产业发展进行了SWOT分析,并对4种战略组合进行分析比较,选择扭转型战略。以此思路为基础,利用"轴-辐式多极圈层"模型和供应链的重要思想,以物流业的生产服务保障功能为出发点,重视物流业对其他产业尤其是制造业的拉动作用,立足长江流域和本地经济发展,从战略的角度对镇江市物流产业的发展进行了定位。并将此研究定位与"十一五"规划定位进行对比分析,突出本研究定位更为科学、深入,更具有前瞻性和战略性。

Based on the environment and present situation of Zhenjiang＇s logistics industry, the paper analyzes Zhenjiang＇s logistics industry by SWOT and choose the reverse strategy through comparing the four types of strategy combination. The paper proposes the orientation of Zhenjiangrs logistics industry from a strategic perspective, in the light of the model of Axis-spoke Type and Multi-polar Circle Level and Supply Chain Management and the security functions of logistics industry for production and service. Finally, the paper points out that this orientation is more scientific, more in-depth, more forward-looking and more strategic than the orientation of logistics industry in the Eleventh Five-year Plan.
