The Comparison Theorem between the IMGS and TORIterative Method

给出了一种IMGS方法,在理论上证明了当系数矩阵为不可约的M-矩阵时IMGS方法收敛,且其收敛速度快于基本的TOR迭代法。最后用数值例子验证了所得到的主要结论。

The IMGS method is introduced, and it is proved that if the coefficient matrix is an irreducible nonsingular M - matrix, then the IMGS method convergence. Finally, a simple numerical example shows the validity of the con- clusions.
