摘要
结合从事交通建设项目招投标和建设管理工作的经验,分析目前交通工程建设项目招标评标办法的特点,针对目前实际招评标工作中存在的问题,以评标办法为重点,提出改进的措施和建议,推荐选用两阶段最低评标价法评标。
Based on the experience of bidding construction management in transportation construction projects,the author analyzes the charactersistics of evaluation methods,puts forward the measures and improvements on the current problems focusing on the methods,and recommends us to choose the two-stage lowest bidding evaluation price.
