论公示语文本规范化及其交际翻译原则

On Text Normalization of Public Signs and Principles in Communicative Translation

探讨了现代公示语的文本规范化问题,及其文本属性和应用功能,并以交际翻译原则为理论依托,阐释了公示语英译问题诸方面,认为翻译公示语应首先追问原文规范化程度如何,只有将其与翻译策略研究同时并举,才有利于公示语双语化实现其原本交际功能和意图。

This paper aims to explore the text normalization of public signs,the text properties and its applications in communication.Based on the theory of communicative translation,the author explains the related and obvious problems in English translation of public signs.Such ideas displayed in this paper as that the translation of publich signs should be kept in the line with the degree of normalization of the original text and take the translation strategies into considation,which will promote the realization of funcations and intention of public signs as a bilingual language.
