摘要
目的分析我院实行处方点评制度前后门诊处方质量的变化,包括用药的合理性以及处方书写的合格率。方法对2009年8、9月(处方点评前)及2010年1、2月间(处方点评后)我院门诊所有就诊患者处方进行抽查点评。由临床药师负责审查,将不合格处方筛选出来,分析不合格类型,并计算总的不合格处方比例、各专科的不合格处方比例、各种类型不合格处方所占的百分比。结果实行处方点评制度前、后,不合格处方率分别为21.43%、2.59%(P<0.01)。结论通过对医院不合格处方的审核工作,使得医生可以真正执行标准规范处方书写,促进临床合理用药。
Objective To compare and analyze the changes in quality of outpatient prescription before and after the implementation of comment on prescription.Methods The prescriptions of outpatients of our hospital from August to September in 2009 and from January to February in 2010 were sampled and commented.Unqualified prescriptions were screened out and classified by clinical pharmacists.The percentages of different types of unqualified prescriptions were calculated.Results The percentage of unqualified prescriptions was markedly reduced from 21.43% to 2.59% after prescription comments(P〈0.01).Conclusion The prescription writing could be standardized by the audit of unqualified prescription to promote the rational drug use.
