我院136例中药不良反应分析

Analysis of 136 adverse drug reactions of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital

目的了解中药不良反应发生情况、特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,收集我院2002-2009年上报的136例中药不良反应报告表,对不良反应病例涉及的药物品种、给药途径、主要不良反应症状及转归等进行统计分析。结果我院136例中药不良反应发生率随年龄的增加而升高,其中60岁以上人群发生率最高,占36.76%。发生不良反应的药物剂型以注射剂(57.35%)和口服制剂为主。不良反应损害涉及皮肤、胃肠、中枢和外周神经、心血管等全身多器官、系统。结论应重视中药的不良反应,完善、充实药品上市后的再评价体系,加强中药各环节的监管,提高合理用药水平。

Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularities of adverse drug reactions（ADRs）of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide references for rational clinical drug use.Methods 136 ADRs reports of traditional Chinese medicine were collected from 2002 to 2009 in our hospital.A retrospective analysis was involved in respect of drug species,route of administration,clinical manifestations and outcome of major adverse reactions.Results The ADRs rates increased with the growth of age.36.76% of ADRs reports occurred in patients over 60 years.57.35% of ADRs were induced by injection,followed by oral formulations.The most common damage involved in skin,gastrointestinal,central and peripheral nervous,cardiovascular systems.Conclusion ADR monitoring and the related reports should be strengthened to improve the rational drug use.
