The preparation and reasonable use of war-surgery instruments in new hospital ship′s operating room

目的:分析新型医院船模拟伤员的伤情特点,探讨战伤情况下紧急手术器械的种类和准备方式,提高海战伤员手术的救治效率。方法:收集300名模拟伤员资料,分析伤情特点,用实验犬模拟40例手术,将传统野战手术器械与改良后的手术器械分别计算器械数量,并进行比较。结果:同一术式,改良后的手术器械数量少于传统野战手术器械。结论:对手术战伤器械准备和使用的改进,可使手术时间缩短,手术效率提高,促使医院船手术救治能力和水平进一步提升。

Objective ：To analyze the simulation characteristics of the wounded in new hospital ship, and discuss the types and methods of emergency surgical instruments in battle damage cases, to improve the operation of the naval battle of treatment efficiency.
