科学技术的飞速发展提升了法庭科学在庭审中的地位。庭审越加依靠鉴定结论等科学证据作为定案依据,法庭科学标准化问题随之凸显,对法庭科学进行质量控制迫切而重要。加强法庭科学的质量控制体现在四个方面:鉴定程序的规范、鉴定机构的完善、鉴定人员素质的提高和鉴定标准化建设。
