摘要
本研究采用美国社会心理家马斯拉池(Maslach)编制的职业倦怠通用量表为工具,以六盘水师范学院为例,对高校教师职业倦怠的现状、主要表现及产生原因进行调查分析。结果表明高校教师中不同性别、学历、职称、年龄、工作岗位,在职业倦怠上存在差异。社会、学校、教师个人应积极采取有效的措施,多创造或提供高校教师之间进行学术交流学习的机会,帮助教师预防和缓解职业倦怠。
In this study of American society psychologists Ezra pool (Maslach) horse of job burnout general scale as the tool, for example in liupanshui normal college in universities, the teacher burnout situation, main manifestations and causes were investigated. Results show that different sexes, of college teachers" qualifications, title, age, jobs, differences in occupational tiredness. The author thinks that society, schools, teachers individuals should take effective measures to provide more university teachers create or between academic exchange learning opportunities to help teachers to prevent and ease job burnout.
