摘要
幼儿是在与他人交往的过程中认识自己并认识他人的,通过与他人的交往,学会表现自己,理解他人,相互沟通,建立友谊。在与他人交往的过程中掌握规则、学会合作、学会解决矛盾和冲突,逐渐成为社会人的一员。在选择性活动中教师要注意为幼儿创设、提供一定数量的有利于幼儿开展合作、轮流、分享活动的操作材料,多鼓励、引导幼儿合作、分享、交流,以有效地促进幼儿积极交往行为的发生。
Children usually learn to recognize others and themselves in their communication with other people. In that communication, they learn to express themselves, understand others ,comnmnicate with others ,and make friendship with them. In this way they learn to obey the rules, cooperate with others ,solve the problems ,and become members of the society. In selective activities teachers should try to help the children in those aspects by proper mothods.
