HPLC法同时测定仙灵骨葆胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA和隐丹参酮的含量

Determination of Cryptotanshinone and TanshinoneⅡA in Xianlinggubao Capsule Composition by HPLC

目的:采用HPLC法建立同时测定仙灵骨葆胶囊中隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法:以仙灵骨葆胶囊中的隐丹参酮和丹参酮ⅡA为研究对象,采用Eclipseplus C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(60∶40);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长270nm;柱温:30℃。结果:隐丹参酮在线性范围52.8～528μg/mL(r=0.999 99)及丹参酮ⅡA在线性范围72～720μg/mL(r=0.999 99)都具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.77%,RSD为1.06%和97.60%,RSD为1.69%。结论:该法操作简便,测定结果准确,可作为成品质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous quantitative determination of Cryptotanshinone and TanshinoneⅡA in Xianlinggubao Capsule.Methods：The sbjects of the study were cryptotanshinone andtanshinoneⅡA in Xianlinggubao Capsule.The HPLC method was used to determine the content on Eclipseplus C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（60：40）.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the detective wave length was 270nm.The column temperature was at 30℃.Results：The method offered good linearity 52.8~528μg for Cryptotanshinone（r=0.999 99）,and 72~720μg for TanshinoneⅡA（r=0.999 99）.The average recovery rate was 98.77%（RSD 1.06%）,97.60%（RSD 1.69%）respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of this preparetion.
